Meriwether Towers Portland, OR
 
JH Kelly provided design-build mechanical and plumbing services for the twin Meriwether Towers in Portland's South Waterfront district. The towers (21 and 24 stories each) sit atop a two-story underground parking structure. The first above ground level houses retail tenants as well as single and two-story townhouses. Above those are approximately 250 condominiums. We self-performed all of the plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installation. Also in our scope of services was the water treatment, water and air balancing, and HVAC controls. Special points of interest: - Registered as a LEED Gold project
