PSU Broadway Student Housing Portland, OR
 
The Broadway Housing project was a 10-story structure for Portland State University. Level 1 consists of retail spaces; Level 2 has classrooms and administrative offices; and Levels 3-10 have 384 student dorm rooms, each with its own barthroom with shower and kitchen. JH Kelly provided the plumbing, HVAC (wet and dry), appliance installation, and equipment supply and setting. This project is currently in the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification process with intentions of receiving Silver status. Special points of interest: - 10 stories, 384 student dorm rooms
