JH Kelly is providing design-build mechanical and plumbing services for this mixed-use tower on Block 38 of Portland's South Waterfront district. The building has a three- story underground parking structure. The side car building includes retail space with four stories of condominiums above. The tower is a 31-story structure housing upper- end condominiums for a total of 323 units.

We are self-performing all of the plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installation. Also in our scope of services are the water treatment, water and air balancing, HVAC controls and ductwork.

The project is scheduled for completion in October 2008.
