JH Kelly is providing design-build mechanical and plumbing services for this mixed-use tower on Block 34 of Portland's South Waterfront district. The building has a two- story underground parking structure. The ground level includes 10,247 square feet of retail space with two stories of condominiums above. The structure is a four story podium plus 19-story tower housing upper-end condominiums for a total of 212 units. The building has 548,000 total square feet.

We are self-performing all of the plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installation. Also in our scope of services are the water treatment, water and air balancing, HVAC controls and ductwork.

The project is scheduled for completion in first quarter 2008.
