JH Kelly is providing design-build mechanical and plumbing services for this mixed-use tower on Block 35 of Portland's South Waterfront district. The building has a three- story underground parking structure. The ground level includes 20,000 square feet of retail space with three stories of condominiums above. The tower is a 31- story structure housing upper-end condominiums for a total of 303 units.

We are self-performing all of the plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installation. Also in our scope of services are the water treatment, water and air balancing, HVAC controls and ductwork.

The project was completed in Summer 2007.
