Since 1991, JH Kelly crews have performed multiple maintenance and capital projects at Oregon Steel Mills, including the foundation for its new pipe spiral mill. That project included pile cap and grade beams for the building shell and core.

Our maintenance projects have included repair of concrete bases, pedestals and slabs; level and align crane rail systems; rework and repair air, water, natural gas and hydraulic piping; major equipment modifications to the reheat furnace, vertical edger, rotary trimmer screw, down coiler, leveler, cooling bed; and survey work on almost all the above- named equipment and the four-high.
